 Garlic Toast


Ingredients:

1 large baguette, sliced 1/4-inch thick

1 stick butter, divided

1 tablespoon granulated garlic

Sprinkle Italian herbs on top

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Place butter in a glass bowl and sprinkle with garlic.  Microwave for about 50 seconds until melted or let soften on the counter.

3. Stir well and brush or spread onto bread slices, which have been placed on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

4. Bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Great alone or with bruschetta topping, or with soups, salads, or as a side to a meal.
