 Pumpkin Bread from Christina



Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup pumpkin, mashed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Sift dry ingredients together.

3. Stir in remaining ingredients.

4. Pour batter into loaf pan or bundt that has been sprayed with Pam and bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

5. For muffins, bake for 30 minutes.

6. For mini-loaves, bake for 40 minutes.
