 Cow-in-a-Blanket


Ingredients:

2 packages of crescent rolls

1 pound ground beef, extra lean

3/4 cup barbecue sauce

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Lay out one package of crescent roll dough flat on a cookie sheet.

3. Brown ground beef and drain.  Stir in barbeque sauce.

4. Spoon mixture on top of crescent roll dough on cookie sheet.

5. Sprinkle cheese on top of the beef.

6. Place the second package of crescent roll dough on top.  Pinch together all openings and sides.

7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Cut into 8 triangles with a pizza cutter.
