 Heavenly Halibut


½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup butter, softened

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

3 tablespoons chopped green onions

2 tablespoons lemon juice

¼ teaspoon salt

1 dash hot pepper sauce

2 pounds skinless halibut fillets or your favorite fish

Grill, oven bake, or pan bake ten top with sauce and put under the broiler until it begins to brown.

Judy’s version of the sauce

¼ cup of fresh dill

2 tablespoons lemon juice

¼ teaspoon salt

Dash of black pepper
