Onion Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 cup beef bouillon powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups sour cream
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Add x-tablespoons to 2 cups of sour cream
3. Mix together and refrigerate for 1 hour
4. Serve with raw vegetables or chips
Memory:
I always remember going to my Aunt Esther and Uncle Walter's for most holidays, and before dinner, sitting on the coffee table were the chips and onion dip. I just loved it!
They also always had gumdrops!
