 Rice Pilaf from Mary Galligan


Ingredients:

4 tablespoons butter

1 small onion, minced

1 cup orzo

4 cups chicken bone broth

1 cup white rice

Directions:

1. Sauté onion in butter or oil in a large skillet until transparent.  Add orzo pasta until slightly browned.

2. Add chicken bone broth and then rice. Stir.

3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
